The intern will assist in various Marketing and CRM functions, including vendor coordination, event logistics, client engagement, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Scope:

  1. Mall Collaborations & Retail Mechanics: Assist in tracking and coordinating mall landlord collaborations and retail mechanics, ensuring stores are updated and informed with relevant promotional materials and updates.
  2. Invoice Processing: Support in tracking and ensuring vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining proper documentation for records.
  3. Event Logistics: Provide support to the team with onsite event logistics, including coordination, setup, and assisting during events to ensure smooth execution.
  4. Marketing Reports: Help compile and assist the team with generating marketing-related reports that track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Ad Hoc Project Requests: Assist the team with various ad hoc marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

CRM Scope:

  1. Client Engagement Activities: Assist in planning and executing client engagement activities to foster positive relationships with customers.
  2. Event Tracking ROI: Support the team with tracking ROI for client engagement activities, especially pre- and post-event performance metrics.
  3. Seasonal Gifts: Assist with ordering, tracking, and managing inventory of seasonal gifts, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining gifting reports.
  4. Invoice Processing: Help in processing invoices for CRM activities and ensuring proper allocation for gifting and other client-related expenses.
  5. CRM Expenses Tracking: Assist with tracking and monitoring CRM-related expenses to ensure accurate budget management.
  6. Store Outreach Monitoring: Assist in monitoring store outreach actions, ensuring follow-up activities are completed effectively.
  7. Competitor Surveying: Research and survey competitors’ events and in-store activities, providing insights for potential CRM improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Commitment of at least 6 Months.
  • Undergraduates/Diploma students from Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic in Luxury Fashion and eager to learn about both marketing and CRM functions
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
