Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving new clients and generating business from existing clients.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market dynamics and business culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and at least one local language in SEA is preferred
