  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving new clients and generating business from existing clients.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market dynamics and business culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and at least one local language in SEA is preferred
