This is a lead generation sales development position. In this capacity you shall conduct market research, participate in marketing events and customer engagements to identify and qualify potential leads. Key responsibilitie

  • sCollaborate with Marketing and Sales Leaders to conduct market research, generate sales leads and competitive analysis
  • .Research to generate net new sales pipeline by target industry in Asia
  • .Leverage tools such as Linkedin Navigator, Lusha, Apollo and attend marketing events to identify sales leads and contacts
  • .Initiate contact with potential leads to generate interest in the company’s portfolio and offerings
  • .Gain customer interest through outbound cold calling, LinkedIn and email communication.
  • Evaluate sales leads based on their suitability, potential for conversion and readiness to purchase including RFI and RFP

  • s:Experience in business development, sales or related field experience preferably in B2B environmen
  • t.Strong interest in call center Customer Experience, Trust & Safety and AI solutions and service
  • s.Experience in researching, account planning, prospecting, and customer cold callin
  • g.Experienced in Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, Spreadsheet and Linkedin Navigator preferre
  • d.Attention to details, meticulous in project management, excellent communication and presentation skill
  • s.Diligent and willingness to learn coupled with a university degre
