International Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual with deep fashion industry knowledge, a focus on innovation, strong digital and creative skills, technological proficiency, and strategic thinking. This role leads the implementation of global marketing, communication, and content strategies, integrating digital and traditional marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and generate leads. The ideal candidate will champion cross-functional collaboration, foster an inclusive team environment encouraging diverse perspectives and innovative ideas, and ensure a proactive approach to market leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all activity, content, and creative output meet the brand’s standard
- Manage briefing, planning, executing, and distribution of plans, contents, and working closely alongside with the relevant Creative Marketing teams
- Define execution strategies of the Brand and niche positioning for different markets, and devise disruptive and innovative strategies to drive the brand into a digital retail powerhouse both online and offline
- Develop seasonal/key calendars and campaign flighting while maintaining communication across global channels and coordinating with departments to keep the 360 Marketing Communication plan updated and aligned on all campaigns and projects
- Strategically translate brand full funnel media plan to optimize channel efficiency, traffic, and conversion tactics
- Apply SEO, content development, distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas
- Partner on development of retention journeys and strategies
- Digitally transform the brand in all markets via various digital-driven marketing strategies and campaigns planning, including programmatic marketing, analytics, social media, operational marketing, and CRM
- Measure pilot/test effectiveness, quantify scaled opportunity, and ensure that successful pilots are scaled quickly
- Leverage regular reporting/tools to communicate performance, auctioning key findings, and strategic optimizations
- Provide budget forecasts, strategies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with budget parameters, while identifying and addressing any deviations promptly
- Stay current in all touchpoints and marketing trends; strongly influence on innovations and maintain digital leadership within the industry
- Establish strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive implementation of marketing plans
- Lead daily integrated marketing cross-functional scrum and related stand-up activities to identify and prioritize planning and execution agenda
- Manage multiple projects, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Develop audience strategies and optimize productivity by leveraging advancements in technology while aligning with global HQ initiatives
- Oversee full spectrum of marketing strategies across different markets to drive traffic to retail and e-commerce channels
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through new innovative ideas and brand engagement, through pop-ups and retail partnerships, driving financial performance
- Highlight opportunities or trends for continuous improvement, aligning with global marketing strategy and business roadmap
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or related discipline
- 8-10 years’ experience in digital marketing in US, UK, Europe and Asia, preferably in the fashion industry
- Exceptional and outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Ability to pull data from various resources and translate it into trends, action plans and reporting templates
- Proven expertise in digital and programmatic marketing, e.g. Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media and creative design etc.
- Strong track record in marketing communications, lead generation, PR and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Strong media contact and prior PR experience will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology, delivering memorable customer experiences through multiple interconnected digital channels
- Ability to identify appropriate IT systems or possess contacts to work with
- Strong team leader with successful business partnering experience across cross-functional departments
- Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives in global markets
