Hiring : Customer Services
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
• Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
• Handle customer enquiries / work orders via email/phone.
• Key in all the job requests into system.
• Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ /’O’ Levels or ITE Certificate
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company;
