Sales Manager
Position Summary
The sales manager will be mainly responsible for dealing with our customers to handle their recruitment needs and work with our recruitment personnel.
Salary is based on commission. Minimum salary: $3,500 per month (if commission doesn't meet $3,500, you will still get a minimum salary of $3,500).
Responsibilities:
Develop new customers.
Dealing with customers' recruitment needs.
Meeting and visiting with existing and new customers (the fare will be reimbursed).
Maintain a database of the active customers.
Cooperate with other departments.
Requirements:
Relevant HR experience and sales experience are required.
Strong sales skills.
Good at communicating with customers.
Most of our customers are Mandarin and English speakers.
You will need to pass the CEI (basic) exam (the training fee and exam fee will be paid by our company).
