Revenue Specialist

Job description:
Monitor revenue plan execution, update/maintain project revenue operation data, output monitoring reports, and take responsibility for plan completion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize the preparation of the revenue integrated plan, and monitor the implementation of the plan. Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan, including the following responsibilities:

• Formulate revenue planning rules and organize the output of the revenue forecast plan, and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
• Be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the revenue progress.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing from customers.
• Routinely monitor the revenue progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to address revenue-related issues and improve processes.

Key Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication Engineering of related fields.

· Min. of three years of experiences in Telco industry or enterprise industry.

· Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles is preferred

· Proficient in MS Excel and data analytical skill

· Must be a responsible person, pro-active and customer-oriented.

· Must be hands on person and with good leadership skill.

· Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage as this role may require to deal with Chinese speaking counterparts

· Excellent team player with good initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in fast paced environment. Flexible in work time arrangement as this role may require performing night duty as per job request.
