
FCC Manager – Global Financial Services Firm
The Role
My Client is a global Financial Services firm and we are looking for a FCC Manager in SG. Reporting up to the Head of Compliance, you will be leading a lean team in Singapore and will be responsible for all Financial Crime and AML related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all FCC Compliance policies and framework within the business
- Implement and enhance the AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related
- Monitor any high risk transactions and perform Risk assessments for the business
- Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
- Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the FCC policies are in line with laws and regulations
- Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a FCC Compliance role.
- Experience in a regulated financial services firm
- Strong working knowledge of best practices in Financial Crime
- Ability to lead a lean team
- Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
