Responsiblities:

  • Establish and manage a cross-functional working group to align and agree on the strategic direction of the capability within the bank’s operational framework.
  • Organize and plan work components essential for delivering key aspects of the capability.
  • Lead the working group in developing a medium-term capability roadmap and defining immediate-term business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the essential artifacts of the CLM Prospecting capability.
  • Support the Business Management Organization in effectively engaging with the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) Program.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Private Banking front office operations and understanding of business integration for successful implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, and Word.
  • Strong grasp of project management tools and principles, with experience in organized change management and issue-based problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and targets.
