
Accounts Executive

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Manage full sets of company accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Handle monthly payments, prepare quarterly GST submissions promptly, and manage the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial and management reports.
- Handle monthly expenses claim verification & processing.
- Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts balances with related companies.
- Statutory reporting – liaise with external auditors, corporate secretarial agents and tax agents and assist on taxation queries and audit schedules and preparation.
- Assist in maintaining the wholesale retail system, including updating product listings and pricing, reconciling product movements, and providing support to onsite warehouse staff with stock management systems.
- Provide support to the Assistant Finance Manager & Financial Controller in timely reporting to Management.
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in related field.
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Possesses good communication skills, positive working attitude and relate well with people.
- Proficiency in both reading and writing Mandarin is required due to the demands of the role.
- Competent in MS Office.
