Operations Executive (Shipping/Logistics Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular ship position updates.
• Ensure efficient ship voyages while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate daily operations and liaise with external parties to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Keep clients informed about ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in ship operations is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to handle department shift calls.
