Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing Bedding Accessories sales;
  • Responsible for identifying Sales Lead, Sales Channels, Product assortment and Margin management from both Direct Retail, Indirect channels (Such as Departmental Store) and On-line.
  • Manage a team of promoters to develop sales and meeting sales target.
  • Achieve sales target and gross profit % set by management;
  • Regularly visit and build strong rapport with sales channels partner to develop sales;
  • Constantly establishing new contacts, sales leads and sales avenues of sales that contribute to the growth of company.
  • Manage team of promoters to develop sales;
  • Attend to consumers' enquires, feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service;
  • To manage and review promoter’s performance, regularly update and educate promoters on product knowledge and upcoming product or promotion;
  • Gather feedback and information on competitors and ground activities. Feedback to management for proactive actions on product trend and promotional activities;
  • Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales experience in dealing with Retail or Departmental Stores sales;
  • Handle Promoter/s and set up for events.
  • Responsible & positive attitude
  • Resourceful and Creative, able to generate new ideas to improve sales.
  • High integrity & honesty
  • Independent & required minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Required to work on weekends
