Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with end users, project leadership, consultants, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed user requirements for FF&E
  • Coordinate with various hospital departments to understand their specific FF&E requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive FF&E inventory list, including quantity, specifications and budgets.
  • Research and recommend appropriate FF&E options that meet hospital standards, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and product information.
  • Manage the procurement process, including preparing writing requirements, sourcing request, purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues.
  • Develop and implement an operational readiness plan that includes the installation, testing, and commissioning of hospital equipment, systems, and services Maintain accurate records of all FF&E-related activities, including budgets, timelines, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control standards, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of FF&E policies and procedures for the new hospital.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with users to refine requirements and ensure alignment with the overall project vision.
  • Develop and implement an operational readiness plan that includes the installation, testing, and commissioning of hospital equipment, systems, and services.
  • Represent TGCH in cluster and national meetings on FF&E
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

This position is under contractual basis, convertible to permanent employment.
