Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Productivity Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement productivity enhancement strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources in construction projects.
  • Oversee Lean Construction methodologies, digital adoption, and workflow standardization.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Standards

  • Ensure compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations and productivity frameworks.
  • Maintain adherence to L5 to L1 licensing requirements, including ME07-L6 and ME13-L6 work categories.
  • Manage audits, certifications, and documentation for compliance purposes.

3. Digital & Process Optimization

  • Promote the adoption of BIM (Building Information Modeling), Prefabrication, and Modular Construction.
  • Oversee the integration of automation, robotics, and digital project tracking tools.
  • Optimize procurement and logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely material supply.

4. Team Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, government agencies, and contractors to enhance construction productivity.
  • Provide leadership in workforce training and upskilling in productivity enhancement best practices.

5. Cost & Risk Management

  • Implement cost-reduction measures through efficient planning and execution.
  • Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure financial accountability and maximize return on investment (ROI) in productivity initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Educational & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • BCCPE (Certificate of Attendance) – Must be valid for one company only.(Important)
  • Familiarity with BCA construction frameworks and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Experience & Industry Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or productivity enhancement.
  • Experience working with L5 to L1 construction firms, including projects under ME07-L6 and ME13-L6 categories.
  • Strong understanding of BIM, Prefabrication, Lean Construction, and digital transformation in construction.

Skills & Competencies:
