Job Description

  • Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
  • Organizing and filing court documents via e-Litigation.
  • Handling incoming calls, correspondences, and confidential documents.
  • Assisting in drafting of correspondences.
  • Managing calendars, hearings, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assisting lawyer in handling client’s enquiries.
  • Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and binding of documents.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Completing and submitting claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • A team player with a meticulous eye for detail, strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hard-working, committed, and able to multi-task effectively.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in administrative, clerical, or secretarial roles.
  • Knowledge of e-filing is an advantage.
