Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to oversee the progress of different projects.

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements;
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions;
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information;
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track;
  • Manage project-related paperwork;
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails;
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
  • Monitor expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a relevant role;
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
