What We're Looking For

We're searching for a talented and experienced Creative Designer with video editing and motion graphic experience to join our vibrant team. You'll play a vital role in developing and executing engaging visual concepts that support our marketing and branding initiatives for a key client account.

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage entire creative projects from conception to completion, providing artistic direction and guidance to internal team members, freelancers and interns.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting) to ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative solutions to meet client needs and marketing goals.

Visual Design & Execution

  • Spearhead and design the development of visually compelling marketing materials and visual assets for various marketing channels, including print, online, social media, collateral content, creative concepts and concept mood boards for all client key events and campaigns.
  • Propose and execute creative design and content ideas for social media and on-ground activation campaigns that align with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.
  • Adaptation of key visuals as required for all relevant marketing touch points across different platforms.
    Possess a strong understanding of design principles and utilise software like Adobe Creative Suite proficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest design and creative trends, best practices for social media designs and incorporate innovative elements into visual materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring visual elements align with the company's brand identity.
  • Work with internal and client teams to create the visual components of advertising campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging presentations to effectively communicate design ideas and proposals for key events and campaigns plan.
  • Participate in meetings with client teams as needed to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
  • Contribute to building a strong online presence for our clients' brands by crafting visually captivating and engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Undertake ad-hoc design duties as required by clients and management, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work collaboratively and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and interns, fostering their growth and development.
  • Video Editing and Creation: Able to edit raw footage into engaging and impactful videos that align with client’s vision and brand guidelines. Seamlessly integrate audio, music, and graphics to create a cohesive storytelling experience

Qualifications:

Essentials

  • 3+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or a related visual design role.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging visual content across various mediums.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying informed about current design trends and technologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Understanding of web design and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Experience with animation and video editing and related soft wares (Adobe after effects and premiere pro)
  • A keen sense of aesthetics and a deep appreciation for various creative disciplines like design, photography, illustration, and motion graphics.
  • Proven ability to adapt design styles to meet the specific needs of different clients and projects.
  • Passion for music, nightlife culture, F&B industry and a keen understanding of current trends.
