Client Onboarding Functional Business Analyst
Main Duties:
- Establish and manage a cross-functional Working Group to facilitate project coordination.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the Client Lifecycle Management project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Front Office, Client Onboarding team, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure process and requirement alignment.
- Support the Client Lifecycle Management project team during the business requirements preparation for development and testing phases.
- Ensure completeness and adherence to the defined scope of requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist the Working Group in defining and refining requirements, aligning with the target operating model.
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders according to the project roadmap.
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users during the implementation phase.
- Respond to queries and provide clarification and support regarding the business requirements of the Client Lifecycle Management project.
Experience Requirement:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects.
- Strong understanding of target operating models and their implementation.
- Solid grasp of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting complex business requirements.
- Proficient in project management, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools, including Agile tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with preparing user stories, Agile artifacts, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and familiarity with client onboarding and lifecycle management processes is preferred.
