Role Overview:
As the Creative Director primarily for Bandwagon Labs, you will drive the creative direction and innovation for our client projects, own products, and character IP. Your focus will be on prototyping and developing user-centered solutions that resonate with end users and brands alike. You will ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand values and reinforce our branding across every touchpoint. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital experiences by finding product-market fit for Bandwagon Labs' solutions. Leading a team of talented 3D designers, animators, and UI/UX designers, working alongside our tech team, you will bring visionary concepts to life while delivering impactful results for our clients and platform. You may occasionally be involved in offering creative direction to Bandwagon’s other departments on a needs basis or when synergy between departments is requested for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute the creative strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand vision.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the creative team, including 3D designers, animators, UI/UX designers, and collaborate closely with the tech team to explore possibilities and push innovation. Foster a collaborative environment that pushes creative boundaries.
- Character Development: Lead the development of characters, including ByteBuddy, to create deeper emotional connections with our products and services. This responsibility extends to future character creations that enhance user engagement across our metaverse experiences.
- UI/UX Oversight: Work closely with the UI/UX designer to oversee the design and usability of the Bandwagon Labs platform, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their vision and goals, translating them into cutting-edge creative concepts and experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital and metaverse projects.
