Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the India, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia markets to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the mobile hyper-casual game.
  • Identify and leverage regional trends, cultural nuances, and player behaviours to create effective and localized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, and performance marketing) to produce region-specific content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI goals.

Business Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with local distributors, publishers, localization partners, influencers, media agencies, and co-publishing partners to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities for growth, such as cross-promotions, sponsorships, and co-branded events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming sector.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Drive community-building initiatives to cultivate a strong player base and foster loyalty in both regions.
  • Plan and execute player-centric events, tournaments, and rewards programs to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and manage Facebook, WhatsApp or other region-preferred platforms for player communication and support.

Product & Brand Promotion

  • Collaborate with the product team to align in-game features and updates with regional preferences.
  • Strategize and execute branding efforts to position the game as a leading hyper-casual mobile title in India and the Middle East.
  • Oversee and manage the allocation of marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective promotions and maximum impact.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, manage, and guide a team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance metrics, market insights, and campaign effectiveness across regions.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
