We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advertising strategies, trends, and best practices. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated advertising and lead generation strategies that combine both digital and traditional advertising across multi-channels.
- Digital Ads Campaign: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. Includes keyword search, optimizing ad copy, targeting, ad bidding strategies and A/B Testing to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Campaign: Create, execute, and optimize paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Email Marketing Campaign: Plan, execute and optimize email campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletter, etc.
- Traditional Ads Campaign: Out of Home (OOH) campaigns (e.g. billboards, transit ads, digital OOH), Print Media (e.g., Newspapers and Magazines), Radio & TV Ads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights. Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely monthly performance reports, end-campaign reports, present key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on advertising experience, ideally with agency experience.
- Proven experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linked Campaign Manager, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and maintain accuracy in campaign performance tracking.
