Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) serving Private Banking clients
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill requests
- Monitor client account transactions and activities
- Assist RMs in delivering financial advisory services to clients
- Maintain accurate client data and reports
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Groups and Operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments
- Preferably CACS certified
