Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) serving Private Banking clients
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill requests
  • Monitor client account transactions and activities
  • Assist RMs in delivering financial advisory services to clients
  • Maintain accurate client data and reports
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Groups and Operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments
  • Preferably CACS certified
