To support our talented team, we are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can manage full spectrum of HR functions. As a Senior HR Executive (full spectrum including Compensation & Benefits), you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to payroll and benefits administration. You will play a strategic role in ensuring competitive compensation structures, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Requisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top creative and operational talents.
  • Manage the full hiring cycle, from job postings and interviews to onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop, review and recommend competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including medical, insurances, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Oversee partial payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Serve as the key contact for employee concerns, handling grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.

Performance Management & Learning Development

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify training gaps/ needs and coordinate learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Support leadership in succession planning

HR Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop, review and update HR policies, compensation guidelines, and benefits framework.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on HR-related legal and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup, creative or fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, payroll processing, and HR operations.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, HR best practices, and market compensation trends.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage fellow colleagues and stakeholders.
  6. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
