Ecommerce Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • E-commerce and Marketing
  • Full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Redmart, etc.)
  • Lead and utilise various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.
  • Customising content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research ( Ads, promotions, new products, etc).
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.
  • Inventory control
  • Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, making buying decisions)
  • Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing/ Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Food Industry market development or Ecommerce
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table
  • Positive and proactive
