- E-commerce and Marketing
- Full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Redmart, etc.)
- Lead and utilise various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.
- Customising content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research ( Ads, promotions, new products, etc).
- Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.
- Inventory control
- Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, making buying decisions)
- Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.)
- Minimum Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing/ Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline
- Min 2 years’ experience in Food Industry market development or Ecommerce
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table
- Positive and proactive
