Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain solid customer relationships with new and existing counterparties, including regular visits and daily communications.

2. Exploring the new market and customers

4. Track market activity and actively communicate internally to ensure adequate understanding of product fundamentals.

5. Develop and maintain customers’ contacts and make contact with potential clients to develop new business prospects

6. Understand the coal/coke market and its dynamics, familiar with the coal mine resources, and importer/end-user channels in target countries, develop new markets and trading channels globally.

7. Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement and sales contracts, calculate procurement costs, and ensure the reasonable implementation of coal trade.

8. Coordinate communication between teams (Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Purchasing) and be responsible for resolving problems or disputes about the source of the supplier in the supply chain.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics, or Marketing

2. Minimum 3 years in the commodities industry, (i.e. coal, coke, coal/petrochemical products)

3. Proven track records in trading strategies and commercial experience

4. In-depth understanding of the coal/coke industry and market, more than 3 years of experience in coal /coke trading/purchasing and sales.

5. Good network of coal/coke suppliers and buyers in the responsible area.

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

7. Mature and thoughtful with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture

8. Proficient in English and Mandarin
