Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent across various functions and levels within the organization. This role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers, while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively. This role is required to be based in our Head Office - Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create customized recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement sourcing plans, leveraging multiple channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
Identify and engage with active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR and department heads to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, challenges, and market trends.
Recruitment Operations:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and managing expectations.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion standards.
Continuously improve recruitment practices by incorporating market insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice by developing compelling job advertisements and participating in branding initiatives.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment. Proven strong records in recruitment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in both English & Mandarin Chinese (in written & verbal).
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to relocate to Head Office in UAE - Dubai.
