- Liaise with principal clients and suppliers from overseas. Ensure smooth and open communication from them to avoid any delay to our orders/services/operations;
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper, professionalism and efficient manner;
- Prepare the project/maintenance schedule and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver on project requirements;
- Monitor the maintenance job sheets and maintain systems job sheets for all the school zones;
- Prepare monthly schedule for watering and grass cutting;
- Coordinate with the managers for the work orders that need to do;
- Monitor and follow up the required arborist report and submit to the client on time;
- Prepare quotations, proposals, attain sales enquiries, meet the clients, and do follow ups to all quotations and proposals submitted to clients;
- Issue Purchase Order and coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery requirements;
- Responsible to all Adhoc duties requirement from Sales and Marketing Department;
- Report to Director and submit monthly reports and other required documents;
- Administrative support in preparing the documents in submission of workers list;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the landscape industry is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
- Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
