  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

What you'll be doing

Assist in dept’s incoming/outgoing emails, normal mails, dept’s hotline and queue call
Review on driver’s accident performance from the video footages and recommend driver termination to the supervisor for concurrence.
Issue Driver Performance Review Letter (APRL) or arrange for drivers to attend Defensive Driving Course (DDC)
Check the relevant documents have been uploaded from accident reporting centre
Collate documents of letter of demand from insurance
Assist to upload accident videos
Supply drivers’ particulars, accident reports/photos to solicitors and third parties
Follow up on missing accident cases with the accident reporting centre.
Upload recovery files from the workshop
Generate rental letters for workshop to facilitate claims against third-party
Assist to check if drivers took a float taxi during accident repair duration

What we're looking for

At least 1 years of experience in an administrative
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Good in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
