If you’re looking for a dynamic and creative role that blends graphic design, product design, and visual merchandising, this opportunity is for you. At Mashwire, we value innovation, collaboration, and impactful storytelling.

This is a 1-year contract role, dedicated primarily to a key client account, with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a full-time role based on performance.

You will report to our Senior Marketing Director and will be working closely with Brand & Communication Manager collaborating within a cohesive and empowering atmosphere.

Your typical day may include:

  • Conceptualizing and executing graphic design, product design, and visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity across both digital and physical retail spaces.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to create promotional materials, advertising content, and retail displays.
  • Leading project communication, including liaising with third-party vendors, suppliers, and store teams for design production, printing, and execution.
  • Designing and rolling out product packaging, print materials, in-store graphics, and display schemes, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies, including store layouts, planograms, and retail navigation to enhance the shopper’s experience.
  • Performing visual merchandising checks at outlets, monitoring sell-through data, and optimizing store displays for impact.
  • Overseeing video editing, animation, and English-to-Chinese translation for marketing content when required.
  • Coordinating renovation and store design projects, reviewing technical drawings, and managing the purchase and placement of display props and POS materials.

We’d love to have a chat if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, or a related field. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for design, animation, and video editing.
  • Strong conceptual and executional design skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, store layouts, and in-store navigation.
  • Knowledge of printing and packaging production processes.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience liaising with suppliers and vendors.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced environment.
