Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced personnel to fit our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in suspended scaffold installation, site safety and team management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* WSQ Manage Work at Height Certification
* WSQ WSH Management in Construction Industry/BCSS Certification
* WSQ Supervise Suspended Scaffold Certification
* Class 3 Driving License
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation
* At least 10 years of experience in installing suspended scaffolds
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Assessment & Planning - evaluate site conditions and develop a safe installation plan for the suspended scaffold system with Professional Engineer (PE) approval.
* Liaison with Engineers - work closely with PEs for equipment load tests.
* Maintenance & Equipment Management - oversee the maintenance of winches, safety equipment, electrical installations, and proper storage of scaffold components.
* Shop Drawings & Fabrication - prepare shop drawings for metal component fabrication related to the scaffold system.
Additional Duties:
* Worker Transportation - ferry workers between dormitories and various worksites.
* Team Management & Safety Compliance - deploy and manage workers while ensuring strict compliance with MOM safety regulations.
* Training & Toolbox Meetings - conduct toolbox meetings and train new workers for deployment.
