Sales and Business Development Coordinator
• Coordinating and supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets for financial products.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing quotes and applications.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, records, and customer databases in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team to gather required information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing paperwork, filing, and documentation.
• Marketing, to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Attending and participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.
• Maintaining knowledge of financial products, industry regulations, and market trends to effectively promote them to customers.
• Perform basic office management tasks such as booking of meeting rooms etc.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
