Job Description:
As Admin and Parents Relation Vice Principal of the pre-school, you will play a key role in assisting the centre leader in enrolment, finance, parents and external relations, marketing and promotional events, estate management, safety, health, hygiene and security, quality management, regulatory compliances, logistics support and general
administration of the campus.
You will supervise a small team of customer service officers
to achieve excellence in school administration and operations. This job offers excellent opportunities to acquire skills in all facets of organisational administration in a vibrant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage general administration of the pre-school including generating
management reports, update of government subsides, ensuring the completeness of customer records, and maintain proper documentations and records
• Working with centre leader in meeting enrolment and revenue targets, manage the day-to- day financial operations including exercising financial control over budget expenditure, timely collection of revenues and financial reporting
• Supporting the centre leader in customer relations and customer services, including engagement and customer satisfaction, prospecting, enrolment and general customer affairs
• Supporting the centre leader in establishing, building and maintaining external relations, including coordinating activities with stakeholders such as government authorities, community partners, residents committee and constituency advisors
• Supporting the centre leader in human resource management including engagement and retention, manpower planning for non-teaching staffs, professional development, resourcing and general HR administration
• Overseeing estate management of the pre-school and liaising with contractors on estate and landscape maintenance, improvement work and health safety, cleanliness of the school
• Reviewing and maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property, including the establishment of security and safety procedures and the conduct of emergency exercises
• Providing logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions such as Open Houses, Parents-Teacher Conferences etc.
• Supervising a team of customer service officers and providing them with on-the-job training for effective school operations.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Candidate who possesses with Degree in Early Childhood Education / Diploma in Leadership is advantageous
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with parents and staff.
- Involvement in SPARK Accreditation process has an added advantage
