Role: Associate Director / Director of Partnerships

Business Unit: Vistra Global Solutions

Location: Singapore

Role Overview:

The Associate Director / Director of Partnerships will be instrumental in driving Vistra’s Platform partnership strategy across multiple verticals, including law firms, accounting firms, and other technology platforms. You will work collaboratively to establish strategic alliances, create new revenue opportunities, and expand Vistra’s reach through innovative distribution models. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Platform, you will lead partnership efforts to support business growth and enhance Vistra’s solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Partnership Initiatives

  • Design and execute a targeted partnerships program focused on lead generation, revenue growth, and expanding Vistra’s client reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with Vistra’s goals, ensuring all efforts support our business objectives.

Manage and Nurture Partnerships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, building strong relationships that deliver mutual value.
  • Maintain an understanding of each partner’s unique needs and objectives, fostering long-term partnerships that align with Vistra’s services.

Collaborate Across Functions

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to coordinate and integrate partnership efforts, ensuring cohesive execution.
  • Regularly communicate partnership updates and results with internal stakeholders, leveraging insights to improve collaboration and strategy alignment.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, using data to track outcomes and continuously refine the approach.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership initiatives based on business impact and partner feedback.

Engage with Industry Networks

  • Represent Vistra at relevant industry events and conferences, enhancing visibility and building connections that support partnership objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Partnerships: 8+ years in a partnerships or client-facing role, ideally within the tech or professional services sectors, with experience building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Strategic and Data-Driven: You use data to inform strategies and are committed to measuring and optimizing partnership performance.
  • Hands-On Execution Skills: You thrive in a role where you can both strategize and roll up your sleeves to implement partnership initiatives.
  • Relationship-Focused: You excel at cultivating strong, productive relationships with internal teams and partner organizations alike.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with client networks in law, accounting, and technology sectors is highly desirable.
