  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for a skilled Woodworking CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden products. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for crafting beautiful furniture and decorative pieces — we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate, set up, and maintain woodworking CNC machines for furniture and cabinetry production.
  • Load and unload materials, set tooling, and adjust machine settings for precision.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations, make real-time adjustments, and ensure product quality.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to plan and prioritize work orders.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate production records.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience operating woodworking CNC machines, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Certified CNC Machine Operator or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks).
  • Strong understanding of wood types, materials, and production techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience working in Malaysia is an added advantage.
