As we expand our business, we are seeking an Account Manager to drive client engagement, manage key accounts, and grow our portfolio of enterprise security projects. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in enterprise security, system integration, or technology solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Success

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.

• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s security needs, pain points, and business objectives, offering tailored solutions.

• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to track project performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and ensure service satisfaction.

• Work closely with engineering, project management, and technical support teams to ensure seamless execution of security integration projects.

• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue potential.

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute account growth strategies, expanding our footprint within key clients across various industries.

• Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions for new projects.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in security systems, network security, and managed security services.

• Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging security technologies, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects, develop customised security solutions, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

• Ensure contract compliance and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, resolving any client concerns proactively.

• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools and provide regular sales and account management reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, technology sales, or security systems integration.

• Proven track record in managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.

• Experience selling or managing projects related to Genetec, Milestone, CNL-Everbridge, or other security solutions.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise security solutions, physical security systems, and IT infrastructure.

• Ability to engage with C-level executives, security managers, and IT decision-makers to position complex solutions.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Understanding of network security, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance regulations in enterprise security environments.

• Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) or security industry certifications.

• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales pipeline management.
