We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Studio Executive to support the smooth operation of our studios. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Managing Director to ensure customer service support, efficient administration, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage front desk duties, including attending to general inquiries and supporting parent enquiries
- Oversee student enrollment matters, ensuring accurate records and timely communication
- Update programs, activities, and events to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and human resource systems
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including meetings, conferences, and events
- Attend events on behalf of the MD as needed and support any other arty stuffs
- Supporting photography and videography for marketing purposes
- Provide general administrative support, including data recording and maintenance
