Job description

My client are a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that own and manage a diverse portfolio of industrial properties globally. They are currently expanding the team hence seeking a Corporate Communications Manager You will be leading a small team and directly reporting to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create investor presentation, media releases, public announcements, corporate website and other marketing materials;
  • Prepare investor relations, media and corporate marketing plans for the year;
  • Lead corporate marketing and prospecting of existing and new investors (institutions, HNW/PB network, family office, investor associations, securities firms), partners, research analysts and other stakeholders of the REIT;
  • Coordinate meetings, roadshows and property tours and preparation of relevant materials;
  • Prepare annual and sustainability reports, unitholder circulars, material and liaise with service providers for AGMs/EGMs;
  • Maintain and reporting of unitholder database;
  • Monitor and report on market intelligence/trends, industry news and market benchmarking;
  • Lead sustainability reporting and communication including but not limited to GRESB submission, Green Mark and NABERS certification etc;
  • Organise and drive CSR initiatives and activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in corporate communications
  • Good communication and writing skills - specifically annual reports
  • Able to network and prospect
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
