Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling. You’ll also support our grooming team by coordinating appointments and maintaining clear communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via messages and phone calls.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about grooming services, availability, and pricing.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Manage and coordinate grooming appointments to optimize team schedules.
  • Communicate with the grooming team to ensure all appointments are well-organized.
  • Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and waitlist management efficiently.
  • Team Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the grooming team regarding daily schedules and updates.
  • Relay important customer requests or notes to the team as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks related to customer management and scheduling.
  • Keep accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or scheduling, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, phone systems).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
