- Plan and execute projects to ensure objective met within schedule.
- Develop & maintain master project schedules and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure implementation of project activities.
- Oversee the scopes of all functions to keep project milestones on track.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors.
- Ensure project documentation is reviewed, agreed upon, and finalized for delivery.
- Coordinate on-site testing, ensuring a seamless handover to the aftermarket team.
- Provide first-level technical support throughout project execution.
- Feasibility studies and cost estimation for project management activities.
- Submit monthly project status reports to identify and address key issues or concerns.
- Support submittals by providing engineering input for 3rd-party product and drawings.
- Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution processes.
- Collaborate with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, and documentation.
- Work with internal teams to update project status for weekly meetings.
- Attend site meetings with contractors and consultants when required.
- Manage site installations, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on installation work, material approvals, and drawing submissions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience with good project management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
