Job Description:-
- Sourcing of parts as per customer’s requirement.
- Compare, evaluate and negotiate on product’s pricing, lead-time and services.
- Manage suppliers, generate purchase orders, monitor, ensure on time delivery, good response and expedite when necessary.
- Ensure purchased products meet quality standards.
- Monitor expenses and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
- Review forecasts and inventories on hand; purchased when required.
- Interact with suppliers, understand their needs and concerns; build strong relationships.
- Generate the necessary order monitoring reports.
- Support related administrative duties when necessary.
Job Requirement:-
- At least ITE/Diploma.
- At least 2 years of purchsing working experience.
- Basic technical aknowledge.
- Able be work independently and in a fast-paced enviroment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well versed in MS office.
