  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic, repair and dismantle of laptops, smart phones and desktop.
  • Replacing laptop's keyboard, batteries, LED screen etc.
  • Handling online sales order, upselling of products and services to the customers.
  • Attend and follow up on customer queries.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese language to attend to customers from China.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a computer repair shop.
  • Retail working hours 10am - 8pm with 1 day off / week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • computer repair shop working: 1 year (Preferred)
  • dismantle laptop, change keyboard and LED screen: 1 year (Preferred)
