Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure expertise in internet security, and email security protocols.
    Provide accurate and timely responses to technical inquiries, offering guidance to enterprises on improving security configurations.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify gaps in security configurations.
    Translate feedback into actionable insights to enhance user experience and security effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports with key metrics (e.g., user engagement, inquiry trends, response times).
  • Present findings in monthly meetings, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Conduct report reviews at least two weeks before submission.
  • Review websites and digital services for inactive/malfunctioning security features.
  • Assess the relevance of security configurations (e.g., HTTPS, DKIM, DMARC) and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with industry associations to conduct bulk assessments of member websites and email domains.
  • Identify non-compliant organizations and provide guidance to help them meet security standards.
  • Develop strategies to enhance engagement, increase visibility, and drive adoption of IHP security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or work experience in cybersecurity, networking, or a related field.
