Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Source and liaise with vendors, including caterers, venues, and entertainment providers.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses.
  • Coordinate event setup and breakdown.
  • Handle event registration and attendee communication.
  • Provide on-site event support and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate event records and documentation.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts for events.
  • Respond to inquiries from attendees and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • A passion for events and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous event planning experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
