Product Overview
The platform is a fully operational job listing system designed to connect employers with job seekers. It is live, fully developed, and built for scalability. However, to achieve market penetration and long-term growth, a sales and business development partner is needed to drive client acquisition and implement monetization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire businesses, recruiters, and HR firms as paying clients.
- Identify and implement monetization models, including subscription plans, premium listings, and other revenue opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses looking to post job listings.
- Handle negotiations, deal closures, and business expansion efforts.
- Work closely with the founder to refine the business model and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment services, job portals, HR SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to business growth.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Ability to shape monetization strategies and contribute to overall business scaling.
Partnership Structure
- The founder will manage platform development, maintenance, optimization, and contribute to sales and business development.
- The partner will take the lead in sales, revenue growth, and business expansion efforts.
