Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire businesses, recruiters, and HR firms as paying clients.
  • Identify and implement monetization models, including subscription plans, premium listings, and other revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses looking to post job listings.
  • Handle negotiations, deal closures, and business expansion efforts.
  • Work closely with the founder to refine the business model and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements
