Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and certified pre-owned mobile devices by understanding their needs, recommending options, and explaining features and benefits.
Facilitate the buyback and trade-in process for used mobile devices, including appraising devices, explaining trade-in values, and processing transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Promote and sell value-added services such as extended warranties, insurance, and device protection plans.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
