We are seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and upkeep of equipment and systems within our building facilities.
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the continuous and maintenance of equipment and systems in the building facilities.
Supervise a team of technicians and contractors’ work performance and ensure high safety standards are adhered to.
Work closely with staff, clients, and contractors on building management to resolve facilities issues.
Preparation of monthly site management reports and ensures all servicing details entered into contract management system are accurate and appropriate and ensure the client has signed off on the maintenance reports.
Follows Workplace Safety and Health's Requirements and Guidelines. Monitoring compliance of work activities to regulatory, statutory policies, procedures and regulations.
Responsible for project budgeting, purchasing and cost control
Knowledge to installs, inspects, maintains, repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and AHU/MAU/FCU will be an added advantage
Attending to clients’ requests / site complaints and resolve issues/faults.
Daily/Weekly inspection of systems, facilities and conducting essential equipment checks and meter readings.
Manage and supervise contractors in alternation/construction/renovation/repair of facility system.
Perform assigned maintenance/repair work orders in M&E, facilities infrastructure and building services related works.
