  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure the smooth configuration and optimization of SAP MM/SD processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business users, helping to resolve any challenges they face in using the SAP system.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve and enhance SAP functionality to meet business needs.
Document business requirements and specifications, and assist with user testing to ensure system alignment with business objectives.
Guide business users through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, helping to identify and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in qualifications.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business process support, ideally with a focus on SAP MM/SD.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes in a way that non-technical users can understand.
Experience working with systems integrations and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SAP-related concepts is required; previous experience with system implementations is preferred.
