  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description


Create a warm and positive experience for the hotel guests by attending to their needs and requests
Generate daily reports to reconcile between guests’ bookings with reservation correspondences and alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies
Co-ordinate guest room status updates with Housekeeping team by informing the Housekeeping Supervisor on duty on any requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special requests or VIP pre-assigned rooms
Handle lost and found property and items in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures
Verify the accuracy of cash float before commencement and completion of every shift
Assist in all official events and functions of the Centre




Requirements


Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with good spoken English
No prior experience is required, training will be provided
Well-groomed and service-oriented with a passion to serve
Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Candidates with more experiences may be considered for Senior role.
