  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Details:
• Location: Sin Ming
• Salary: $2300-$2400
• Duration: Immediate notice - 1 Year Renewable
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 930am-630pm

Job Scope:
• Strong customer service skills to support and handle customers with their enquiries in person
• Owning your personal metrics for customer support and performance
• Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
• Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors.

Requirements:
• Diploma with customer service background
• This is NOT a call centre job (this is front line counter job with chairs)
