  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a socially confident Retail Showroom Supervisor to assist our customers with purchasing furniture decisions, recommending furniture design/color/fabric/material, and maintain a clean and visually appealing salesfloor.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service
  • Familiar with product knowledge, advises customers by providing information on products
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for customers.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve showroom efficiency and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist customers with personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, luxury retail/ soft furnishing preferred
  • Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
  • Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing

Other Information
  • Working Hours: Mon – Sun (11am – 8pm) 6 off day per month
  • Working Location: Marina Square, Singapore
  • Basic + Attractive commission
  • Flexible off days schedule
